Credit Card Policy

Salon Esmerelda x Cabo requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Per our policy, Salon Esmerelda x Cabo require a 24 hour notice to cancel, reschedule, or modify an appointment. In the event that we are within that 24 hour window, Salon EXC will charge a cancellation fee based off of the duration of your appointment.

Salon guarantee and redo policy

we want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out; however, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life! Please review our policies. If you have any questions about the following, please ask one of our team members and we will be happy to assist you!

1.) We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you.
2.) Adjustments can be performed within 10 days of your initial service date.
3.) Adjustments will be full price if you, or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color.
4.) Chemical services are only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended hair care products from our salon directly.
5.) A redo service has a color fee of $20 per bowl of color needed to make the adjustments, and includes a blow-dry service.
6.) Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.
7.) If your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting , or if you have box color present in the hair, you will be asked to complete our multi-step color agreement.
8.) We do not offer refunds on retail. You can exchange the product within 10 days from purchase. Product can not be damaged or used in any way.
