Who TF is Esmerelda?! Ashley, Owner, and stylist was a young girl who had hair as long as it was thick. She hated brushing it, hated sitting still long enough for her mom and Ama to blow dry it, and definitely did not do anything cute to style it. Her nickname became Esmerelda. The gorgeous woman from Notre Dame with hair Long and thick. and even as she got older, the name stuck.

 

Her parents thought , "she will grow out of it." well, no. That never happened. She would roll out of bed in high school and that was that. When Ashley told her parents she was leaving her corporate job post college to become a hairstylist, saying they were concerned would be an understatement.

To everyones surprise she had kind of a natural talent for it. She LOVED making people feel beautiful and the confidence it brought  clients. The passion grew and Ashley has since  traveled around the world honing her craft with some of the top Industry leaders and educators. She even won a Top 100 from Behind the Chairs 2025 top platinum artists, in a global competition.

Today, she loves creating a healthy, peaceful and education filled environment for all stylists to create beautiful art.
